Greetings. My name is Andrew. I’m an LA-based actor moving out of my apartment in Valley Village by September 1st, though I’m open to mid-August.

A little about my roommate and the space: Braden is a great, clean guy, fellow artist, and respectful of our shared personal space. We would both meet with you to discuss the space and just see if you both would be a compatible roommate fit. The space, as pictured, is a pretty large room with great lighting (sorry that the blinds are closed). Braden has decorated the living with classic film memorabilia which I personally love. (Note: Braden also has two cats, which warmed up to me quickly—love them both).

Rent is $, the deposit is $, and utilities plus WIFi come out to about $. Valley Village is a quaint little area, pretty quiet after 6 or so but there are plenty of delicious eateries nearby, a Jon’s, and centrally located to the NOHO arts district (one Orange line stop away.
