i work a hybrid schedule with the state and spend some weekends away with my boyfriend. My apartment is new with nice finishes and the room can be furnished if needed. i’m looking for someone who either wants to rent short term or whom might want to possibly take over the lease fully in a few months down the road. My current lease isn’t up until May . But I likely will be in the market to purchase something by then and will not want to renew here.
