House is colorful & fun. : )
There may be up to 3 female roomies at a given time.
~ This bedroom would share the bathroom with 1 other female roommate but the other BR is currently not occupied & will get a separate listing soon.
there’s also a bedroom with a private bathroom but it’s not ready yet and will get its own listing as well.
~ The bathroom is in the hallway so may be used by visitors, but infrequently.
This bedroom has an AC closet in it that may need to be accessed up to 1x / year for maintenance.

All utilities included - electric, Wi-Fi, trash, etc. - all bundled into the monthly rent.

Street parking (facing the same direction as traffic flows), or driveway parking if there’s room.
~ There’s a large tree that gives street parking afternoon shade (no sap issues).

The move-in “fee” is actually refundable.
~ slightly under half of it is for security (in case something’s damaged), which is fully refundable if there are no damages
~ the rest is half-month’s rent that can be refunded or applied to the last month with sufficient notice.
~ after checking out the room, if it works out but your move-in date isn’t immediate, it can be held for you w/the security amount until your near-future move-in date.

Four-twenty friendly indoors and there’s also a back porch if you smoke.

Small pets or hypoallergenic cats would be welcome :)
~ I’m allergic to cats but have 2 hypoallergenic cats - a Siamese and a Russian Blue. They’re very friendly but are usually sneaky or hiding ^.^

The house is on a lake and has a nice, big backyard.
