We are looking for an additional female roommate to share our quiet, family-oriented condo. We’d love someone who is a quiet professional with steady employment (day or
night shift) and who is respectful of the other tenant’s schedule.

Room & Amenities:
• Private bedroom with your own bathroom (located on the 3rd floor)
• Access to kitchen (please clean up after use), refrigerator, and cabinets
• All utilities included: gas, electricity, water, trash, wifi
• Washer & dryer available on the 2nd floor (use anytime)
• Two-car garage parking privileges for one person and shared
• Community amenities: heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, small gym

We have two small dogs who stay in the house a few days each month, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with pets.
