I am a male looking to rent out the other bedroom with its own bathroom is an Apartment Complex. Place is located minutes from strip. I’m rarely home, and rarely have overnight guest. You will be added to the lease, but can be removed anytime as long as you give a day
notice. There is no bed, but there is a dresser and small TV. Walking distance to Gym, Grocery Stores, and many restaurants .
