Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment. Rent is $/month and includes water, trash, gas, and sewer. Electric usually comes out to about $ a month per person, and WiFi is $/month (we’d split it).

The apartment is on the second floor in a quiet, friendly complex—most of the neighbors have been here for + years and are super kind and respectful. There’s a garage for storage, and we can switch off using the parking spot.

I’m pretty laid-back but definitely clean—okay, I’m kind of a clean freak—so I’d love to live with someone who’s also neat and respectful of shared spaces. No pets currently, but I’m totally open to cats!
