Available mid-Aug. Broadway and Price fwy. Private room, w/ shared bath (one other male). Female lives in master bed/bath. Both in their thirtys and work lots of nights. Big yard and pool. Rent listed includes utilities. Lease terms flexible just need half rent for holding deposit which is refundable at move out if day notice is given. Can be furnished or unfurnished. I can get but is if thats better for you.
