Utilities run up to aprox $250 A month. Utilities include pg gas garbage water and wi fi. You will have your own bathroom which is sometimes used when guests come over, which is pretty rare. There is a laundry room in the home. There is street cleaning, but you don't need to move your car. Garbage days are on sundays. It is a relatively quiet and suburban neighborhood. There are pets in the home.
The home is about a ten minute walk from bart and one block from a bus station. There also is a free shuttle that will take you around south san francisco. There is a pickup stop.One block from the house as well. Parking is easy and there is a plenty of it. This is a bedroom, three bath house. Costco is also located about blocks from the house. We have a garden and a grill with a fireplace outside.
