2 Guest Bedrooms / 1 Shared Bathroom (shared only between the tenants of the 2 guest rooms) available in Single-Family Ranch Home. Available for rent starting July . The rent for the bigger bedroom is $ per month & the rent for the smaller bedroom is $ per month. Utilities (Gas, Water & Electricity) will be shared equally among the two tenants and the landlord (me). The Internet is included in the rent. Common areas include a large living room, a separate dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. There is a separate laundry (utility) room with a washer & dryer next to the kitchen.

There are two guest bedrooms in the home (which I’m renting out), and there is one master bedroom. I’m the landlord (the only other occupant). I live in the master bedroom, which has its own attached master bath. I’m ok with a month-to-month renting option. I plan to list the home for sale next Summer (). So, should be willing to vacate by May .
