- Clean / Drama Free / Peaceful / Respectful Environment

DETAILS
- Rent is monthly
- Utilities are NOT included in rent--split equally
- Security Deposit is same as room price
- Rented rooms share a full bath
- Background Check: REQUIRED
- Proof of Income/employment: REQUIRED
