Looking for someone to rent a room in a house located near Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College & Chapman University.
You can move in on , utilities and monthly professional cleaning are included in the remodeled home.
On the first floor, there is a home gym, kitchen, dining area, living room and a backyard which are all shared spaces.
& the rooms are on the second floor. A room with a bed and nightstands is available but they can be removed if preferred. You will have your own sink and share a bathroom with another individual. It is convenient as it's close to the freeways.
There are tennis and basketball courts in the community as well as a swimming pool and a spa.

Currently 2 professional males reside, looking for a 3rd person with good credit who is clean and responsible.
