Looking for a third roommate in a bathroom rent controlled apartment in Santa Monica. You’d have a private bedroom for a single occupant with a walk in closet and an almost private bathroom. Technically your bathroom is in the hallway so it’d be the same one guests use if they visit, but most of the time it’s all yours. There is one parking spot shared between the three roommates and permitted street parking. It’s right behind Whole Foods and across the street from Trader Joe’s. About a mile and a half from the beach. Your rent would be one thousand plus utilities which is split between you and the other two roommates. Utilities varies by month but is usually between fifty to a month. Parking permits are around fifty dollars a year. There is a shared pay per use laundry washer and dryer in the building. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Preferably someone who does not work from home. 1 year lease. Deposit of one month plus first month’s rent is required before move in.
