Do you love dogs but can't justify the responsibility of having your own right now? Do you seek a chill house where roommates don't hate each other? Do you enjoy trash TV night with guilty pleasure shows like Below Deck? Do you have no shame in your shenanigans when playing with dogs, including all the voices? If so, read on.

We have a HUGE room for rent in SW Longmont, right off of the Foothills highway/Airport rd. Close to the LOBO trail & tons of walking trails.You will have a huge room & your own bathroom. The bathroom is only shared when guests visit. The guest room is shown in the photos, and you will have equal access to that as well!

Your parking is on the street in front of the house--it is wide and quiet, so there won't be any trouble for you parking there. Washer(new) & Dryer. We also split chores evenly and swap tasks weekly to keep it fair for everyone 🙂 This house has TWO AC units, one for the upstairs, and one for the basement/main floor. So, the house never gets insanely hot in the summer.

Rent/bills are all split evenly 3 ways. Bills include utilities/gas/internet. The summer tends to be the most expensive due to watering. Pests is every 3 /person. You will have to do a rental application with the property management company (or tenant screening report).

About us: dogs. We respect each others space, but we are also friends. Full time students at CU Boulder -- I'm in a student vet in the dual masters program, and the other roomie is in the PhD program (not undergrads). I'm into travel, photography, and I'm obsessed with photographing the Auroras. I'm an outdoors kid and is slowly getting back into hiking, snowshoeing, and running. My roommate loves to play D&D & be outside.
