Female looking for a roommate to live in my guest bedroom. Room is 1st floor, with view of the courtyard, and has a connected private bathroom in an approx. sq. ft. apartment at the Red Knot at Edinburgh apartments (Edinburgh area by S. Battlefield Blvd., Chesapeake). Cinema Café and Walmart are within walking distance!
We have in-unit laundry, a small private patio, and access to a clubhouse (which has a free coffee machine), pool, -hour gym, and grilling areas / fire pits / courtyards.
The complex is-pet friendly. I have a dog and cat already, so you would be allowed one (per the apartment policy.)
Utilities ARE included!
