Hello, our names are Stacey and Samantha and we are looking for a third roommate. We are working professionals in our late s. The room is in Riverpark and centrally located to the Collection. It is three stories, with the bottom floor having the kitchen and living room. You would be on the third floor and have the floor to yourself. The bedroom has a private bathroom, and there is an in-unit washer/dryer on the second floor. We have a cat named Frida, who is very friendly. The monthly rent is $ (utilities are usually $), and the room is available on July 1st. The home has a quiet atmosphere, and we maintain a very clean home. Looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, and easygoing. No smoking inside, and okay with a cat.
