Need roommate ASAP

Spare room open on the second floor apartment. The Landlord lives on the first floor and is really nice. Heating and Electric utilities are not included. Off street parking is available and located behind the building. The tenants on the third floor are quiet and very respectful too. Decent size yard with a small shared patio space. I do have one cat that is fixed and very well house trained.
