Hi girlies! I am a kindergarten teacher and I am looking for some safe women to move into my cute little house in Rosemont with me. bath, two rooms available. Though I might have travel nurses stay in one of them.

Great location, min to Sac State. Quiet neighborhood with an extra wide street. The house is super modern and was updated last year when I bought it. I like to keep a lot of plants inside and the color scheme is bright and open and clean. The bedroom photo shows overhead storage but my ex is taking those cabinets with him. The bed frame can stay if you want to use it (it’s a full and has huge drawers underneath!) the closet is two sided with sliding doors and it’s super nice how much extra space it has. The other rooms don’t have a double sliding door like that. It’s a shared little bathroom and the kitchen is an open floor plan.

The backyard is so nice for nature lovers who like being by the birds. I’m working on fixing the lawn up and I’ll be gardening a lot this summer.

You’d get your own shelve(s) in the fridge and freezer, as well as in the pantry. Utilities fluctuate but they’re going to be around $ a month. My goal is to have me and two others living here. It’s a three bedroom house.

I have two small dogs - one is a mini golden doodle and one is a mini Aussie. I’ve been teaching for 7 years, going on 8 in the fall.

I like to hike, bird watch, paddle board, and go to brunch. I’m an extrovert but when I’m home I usually love my alone time. But I also love bonding and connecting with other humans.

I am hoping for someone who also likes shared systems of organization for things - like putting the can opener back where it goes lol and bringing Amazon packages into your room rather than the table. But we are also human! I just want us to feel relaxed because our space is, for the most part, organized and tidy. Just don’t look in the garage lol
