My Tampa / Westchase house is located in a great safe nice neighborhood / development. My 2nd room is available come this May. It can stay furnished with its nice Queen size bed and dressers and table. Good large size closet.

Or you are welcome to use your own furniture or combination of the two.

Rent is $ a month which includes all utilities, Wifi, pool and lawn services, Parking is easy for everyone including Garage.
