This newly constructed home, built in August , offers a well-maintained room for rent at $ per month, which includes estimated utilities, pest control, and lawn care. The residence features three bedrooms, one bonus room, and two and a half bathrooms, with a total of three planned tenants. Shared amenities include a fully functional washer and dryer, a covered lanai with a grill, and high-speed internet throughout the home.
