1 room + attached private bath in a 3 bedroom house. Size: ’ (queen size mattress in photo for reference)

Fantastic location just 2 blocks from City Park and walking distance to + bars and restaurants. The room is on the bottom floor and has an attached bathroom. The room is a standard sized room (not a master), but you have access to the rest of the furnished house and will share a completely stocked kitchen. Utilities will be an additional one hundred a month and a parking spot in the garage can be negotiated if interested.

There are two other roommates in the house and a wonderful, very well behaved puppy. We're both friends and we're looking for someone who wants to be more than just a roommate. We love to do dinners together, have a Tuesday trivia team, and will usually say yes to doing anything if you need a friend to join.

No smoking inside the house

Dog friendly with additional deposit and $ monthly fee. Unfortunately no cats due to allergies and a dog already being in the house.

Loves the outdoors, playing sports, watching sports, dancing, cooking, and really anything active. Also owns the cute pupper. Works from home but is secluded from your room.

Roommate 2:
Stephanie - , Female
Loves trivia, watching TV shows, getting drinks, playing games, trying new restaurants. Doesn't work from home

Roommate 3 (the dog):
Marvin - 5 months, male shepherd (adopted)
Loves being the goodest boy (really, he's very chill and is the calmest puppy ever), sleeping, playing with his tennis balls, chewing on sticks, and loving anyone who is in his home
