I live in a nice suburban neighborhood, at the very end of a cul-de-sac (Dead End Street), right next to a trail that leads to a really, nice and big park. Very safe area at night. So much space to park vehicles. Multiple plazas near the area as well as nice restaurants. Renting out just the room. Kitchen is available for use as well as refrigerator. Washer and Dryer. WiFi. Looking for someone who is respectful and clean. 
Building a gym in the garage which will also be available once completed.
