MASTER ROOM IN SOLANA BEACH

looking for a female roommate to take over the master bedroom and my bathroom home located in Solana Beach California. The rent is month-to-month and is $ not including utilities. The landlord pays for water so all that we need to pay is SDG&E and Wi-Fi. I’m looking for a roommate who is in her mid to late s who is clean and respectful of the space. I work from home an job days out of the week and enjoy cooking hosting people over for wine nights. Some of my hobbies include working out, particularly yoga, hot Pilates and reformer Pilates and I’m looking for somebody who I would get along with. The lease would begin on May 1 but could extend to June 1. No pets allowed
