Hey everyone! I have a spacious room available in our cozy 4-bedroom home, and I'm looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to move in starting May 1st.

The room is bright and welcoming with plenty of natural light. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one roommate, and we even have an extra room that can be used as an office if needed. We've also converted our front formal living area into a functional multipurpose space, which adds plenty of extra space.

We’ve got a laid back vibe here. We have two sweet and friendly dogs that make this place feel like home. Our backyard has been recently updated, now featuring a fresh lawn and a cute covered patio for outdoor relaxation. Plus, there's a lovely little greenbelt just across the street, perfect for walks or enjoying some fresh air!

Since we moved in, we've made some updates to the house, so it looks even better than the pictures! And to top it off, we have two refrigerators, so there’s plenty of space for everyone’s food.
