Looking for long term roommate

Attention CBU students: we are a few min walk from CBU. Private room with shared bathroom. Bathroom is kept clean. Full access to rest of house with shared garage space with other tenants. Plenty of cabinet space in kitchen and shelf in both fridge and freezer kept open. Laundry on-. We have wifi but isn't included in rent. All utilities are split evenly amongst number of tenants. Security deposit is set by the landlord and can work out payments for the security deposit with landlord directly, if approved. There is a dog that lives here and 1 cat. Preferably no more pets, but can take one more cat but MUST be kept in your bedroom at all times (unless worked out with other tenant's animals). MUST clean up after yourself in shared areas especially. No smoking at all inside the house, no drugs. If a smoker, must smoke outside well enough away from open doors/ windows and must clean up ashes and cigarettes (last roommate was not courteous of this). Overnight guests totally fine as long as prior approval/heads up from all tenants. Just to be courteous to others. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Preferably looking for long term, but lease is month to month. Also, prefer females as the bathroom is shared, but males are totally fine as well. If I missed anything, please just ask.
