Looking for room in share house

Two bedroom granny flat on a private property in Medowie, I’m in my twenties, female. I work full time in soldiers point. I’m looking for a fellow female housemate, I’m a bubbly person but I tend to keep to myself, I like to cook and love to enjoy a good book or settle down to watch a show. The granny flat has a large shared bathroom with shower and bath. And large vanity area. Lots of space. A big pantry and linen closet. And a nice lounge/dining/kitchen share area. Good amount of space for 2 people. Not a crowded space. ~~~~~ the bills get split for electricity every three months but this can be discussed with the lovely landlord. Car cover parking spot also available. No pets allowed and no smokers or drugs.
