Private, furnished bedroom with a locking door, and queen-sized bed
Shared large bathroom (dual sinks, separate toilet/shower area)
Spacious kitchen with modern appliances (gas stove, large fridge)
In-home washer and dryer
High-speed internet
Two common areas + backyard sitting area


Location:

Only minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. Easy access to major highways, Downtown Sacramento, UC Davis Med Center, and Sacramento State.


Rental Terms:

Rent: $ month (includes utilities + quarterly house cleaning)
4-month minimum stay, then month-to-month
First & last month’s rent + $ deposit required


Household Guidelines:

Adults + only
No dogs (cats allowed if kept in-room, $/month pet fee)
Single occupancy only
Outdoor smoking only (minimal)


Housemates:
Three people total in the house.
I am early ’s and a working professional female. I went to graduate school abroad. I’ve traveled, lived, and volunteered all over the world and had housemates from many countries. I love nature, camping, working out, dancing, DIY, and meditation.
