There are 4 bedrooms (the master has a king sized bed), and 3 bathrooms plus a bonus room which is currently set up as a play room. Our backyard is fully turfed and there is a grill you can use. We have a two car garage to park your vehicle. The lazy river is within walking distance. There is a playground, a dog park, and four miles of nature trails within the community. There are restaurants and bars within minutes of our house. Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth are around minutes away. Buccees is down the road. We welcome animals so if you have a doggie feel free to bring them.
