I'm looking for a room to rent somewhere close to Callaway / Olive area for $/mo+ utilities. It's just me and my dog (German shepherd husky mix)

No hard drugs. No alcohol. No partying. I'm a quiet guy. When I am home, if I'm not making food, I'll be reading a book, keeping to myself for the most part.

I do Doordash and I UberEATS outside of full-time dog grooming. So I'm really just there to shower, shave, eat, and sleep.

Baby girl Cara, my dog, has separation anxiety. I'm working with a vet to find a treatment plan that works best for her. She gets vocal when I leave for work but she stops after a bit. She absolutely loves every person she meets. She's been nervous around other dogs since she got attacked. All that being said, I try my best to be disciplined, for her sake, and have her on her harness and lead at all times unless my door is closed and she's safe.

I dabble with houseplants. It's not like I got a jungle, just a couple of plants at most.

And I am vegan so I prepare a lot of my own food. I try to meal prep but I'm not the best at sticking with it. When I do cook, I have my own cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, spatulas. And I clean up as I go so it's basically mess-free or I'll finish it off when I'm done eating
