**Room/Studio Apartment Search Description**
Hello,
My daughter and I are currently seeking a room or studio apartment in New York City, ideally in Manhattan, as my daughter has been awarded a scholarship to attend the Joffrey Ballet School. We are originally from Croatia and have relocated to the city to support her dreams.
My daughter is years old, and it's important for me to be by her side during this pivotal time in her life, as I cannot leave her alone in the city at such a young age. We are looking for a secure and comfortable place where we can both feel at home.
Our budget is limited, and we hope to find something affordable that meets our needs without breaking the bank. We are responsible and clean individuals, and we value a peaceful living environment.
We are currently in New York but will return to Croatia for the summer, coming back on September 1. We hope to secure a lease that extends at least until June .
