Private room located in a lovely suburban home located just off of South Campbell. The room is ft with a closet, freshly cleaned carpet and a new coat of paint.

The home has two bathrooms, main and master. There’s room for your car in the garage if you drive, and we’ve cleaned out an extra closet and space in the kitchen cabinets for any storage needs you might have.

The main bathroom was recently refurbished. We rent from Ben Steele properties, and you will need to be approved through their leasing office to sing on to the lease.

There’s a backyard with a fence and patio.

Laundry includes washer and dryer, whole home has HVAC, garage door opener, and centrally located to much of Springfield.

Your roommates would include Me, Geo (F), and my Fiancé Scott(M).

We’re friendly, personable, approachable people. Scott is a truck driver and finds himself on the road for days at a time, and I work part time at a laser printing business. Because I work part time, I take care of the majority of the housework, while Scott helps out when he’s home.

We love board games, video games, music, hiking, photography, cooking, peace and quiet, and the little things in life.

We have three cats named Francis, Oona, and Maple. They are well behaved and extremely loved. One of their litterboxes is kept in the closet of the main bathroom, but is well maintained and cleaned regularly. All cats are fixed and friendly.

Rent includes fiber internet, all utilities, and all amenities. Our lease is up in June, but we plan to resign barring any craziness. Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with water in the door, and we have a chest freezer in the garage for overflow.
