Sublease march to Sept Wash Park

Hello! Looking to sublease my room at Washington Park in Denver starting March 1st or sooner to September with an option to renew! Rent is $ a month and it’s currently Thomas (he/him) Miguel (he/him) and Jade (she/her).

The room is upstairs with plenty of space, storage and a shared bathroom. It is a gorgeous spot, you are able to easily walk to Wash Park and it’s a short drive to downtown! Incredibly sad I have to leave been here for 3 years.

Must be LGBTQ friendly and pets will have a one time fee of $. Everyone is kind, friendly, clean and overall laid back. Would love to set up times to meet and show the house, thank you!
