Looking for a room around Perth CBD

Hi, I’m and just moved to Perth, so I’m looking for a room in the CBD or surrounding areas, but also open to anything in Fremantle as I would love to be close to the beach! Ideally I’d like to live with girls a similar age so we can socialise together but I’m open to anything within budget and the right area. I’m very clean and respectful and enjoy cooking and watching movies, occasionally going out for dinner/ drinks :) when I’m not at home I’ll be working or at the gym, I also love netball so am going to try and find a netball team here in Perth!
