I'm looking to rent out a bedroom in my condo. It's upstairs, but apart from the other two rooms at the end of a short hallway. The other two rooms are occupied by my teen son (almost ) and I. You'd be sharing a bathroom with my son, but he's only with me times a week and then holidays (shared custody with his dad).
