Looking for a roommate to rent my newly remodeled basement with bedroom, living room, and private shower. It's about sq ft. The room is larger, but does not have a closet. The bed has cabinets under it. If you buy a portable closet it will fit in the back area of the living room. Private full shower. Laundry room is downstairs. Kitchen is upstairs. I am not located near city bus. I am willing to accept a couple for $. I am willing to discuss reducing rent for a single person that can help me with my dogs.
