Looking for someone to take over the lease!~Water, electric, rent and WiFi is all 𝟣𝟤𝟧𝟢-𝟣𝟥𝟢𝟢 TOTAL every month. ~ 𝟩𝟢𝟢 paid to me for your deposit (Deposit total was 𝟣𝟣𝟤𝟤 towards the deposit, I paid 𝟩𝟩𝟢 , the other roommate that was here moved out due to job change and they helped pay the other 𝟥𝟧𝟤 of the deposit, so now I am looking for someone to take over the lease & the entire apartment) *You must also pay the 𝟩𝟧 application fee to be approved by the apartment complex.* Must have two months of bank statements AND last 4 paychecks worth of paycheck stubs for proof of income! Must make
𝟤𝟨𝟢𝟢 altogether or by yourself (if you have someone coming with you to be put on the lease or live with you) a month before taxes is taken out to qualify.
