minutes from the beach minutes from downtown for bus stops at the corner two minutes to the subway surrounded by Parkland Taylor Creek behind us for baseball diamonds on one side and a hour shoppers drug Mart across the street dynamite area clean safe we’re in the year-old building. We have the first and second floor. It’s just been redone. I’m a semi retired chef and author my two cats and I and my sister visits occasionally three bedroom ft.² all the amenities. The only thing it might cost is underground parking which I believe is $ a month. I don’t remember I just paid it. February 1 should be ready. It’s a great space since we’re the main floor of a high-rise. It’s all concrete. We’re holding the building up, but it’s super quiet not looking for party people or drinkers. I’m not saying I won’t have a little glass of champagne now and then no drugs please
