Looking for a female roommate for our finished walk-in basement.

-Reasonable rent for a nice, sizable space convenient to I-min from Short Pump.
Rent includes: bedroom, office space, and private full bathroom. Access to a full kitchen and living room.
-Ideally, likes kids and would be open to reducing rent occasionally via babysitting
- Available mid-end of January

Rent is $ and includes utilities. Due to allergies, we can’t have any pets or smoke in the house. Only available for one renter.
