Looking for help with rent

Description

I recently split up with my long time partner and am looking for someone to help cover rent now that they’re gone. The unit is the bottom half of a duplex. It’s bath.The bathroom is real small but I’m going to move out of the bigger bedroom and give that room to whoever moves in since it’s the biggest room in the house and I don’t need the space.
I have a dog and two cats who are all very sweet and esa certified. The space itself is pretty small but it’s cozy too. I’m just looking for someone who’s good at communicating, who’s respectful, responsible, and cleans up after themselves.
