Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to move in around December th. The apartment is located on the Upper West Side- nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam.

It is a large 2nd floor walk up in prewar building with new kitchen and bathrooms.

Your room has two window and a closet and you’ll have your own bathroom! The room fits a queen sized bed, a cabinet, and dresser or desk depending on the arrangement. See photos of the room with and without furniture(the room will not be furnished).

Perfect location on the Upper West Side. Located right between the ,A,C,and B trains. blocks from Central Park and so much more!

I’m , gay, and work in marketing. I love the arts, theater, comedy, reality TV, going out, cocktails, and fun around the city. I’m super clean and organized and like to keep the apartment like that. Ideally looking for a roommate that is also a friend. It would be great to hang out, go out, etc.

Rent is $. Electricity and internet are separate (usually around $ per person/ month)
