Large room with closet

Hello,

I’m looking to rent out one of the large room in my house. We are in a quiet neighborhood up in the canyon area. There will be only be a queen size bed/mattress included, disregard all the other things in the photo. The large bathroom is shared with other person. In addition, any cooking will be outside, there will be cooking area. I am looking for someone that is quiet and respectful. There will be no visitors or sleepover. Give me a if you’re interested and write a little bit about yourself. This room will be ready soon with new flooring and paint. I am asking $ rent monthly with a $ deposit. Also, water and utilities is included. Thank you,
