• Bedrooms & Bathrooms+ balcony and garage! – Each room has a walk-in closet and private bathroom+ half bathroom on the floor with the living room
• Brand New; appliances provided inclluding washer and drier – We'd be the first ones living in this space. We can discuss furnishing the common spaces (if anyone already has furniture they'd like to bring, or if we should supply furniture beforehand)
• High Ceilings & Spacious Layout – Plenty of space to stretch out, relax, study, and have friends over if u want!
• Car Garage – 2 cars in the garage and one in the driveway + space for extra storage (tons of storage space in general within the condo)
• Community Still Growing – ongoing developments around the condos

• I’m a nature gyalll- love exploring and going on walks, hikes, and adventures
• I love dogs :)I have an adorable German Shepherd that lives with my parents. I won’t be bringing him around the apartment much, but if you like dogs, he might come around here and there!
