Hello, I am looking for a new place to live.
I am ready to move immediately or on January 1.
Prunedale or Oak Hills preferred, or Salinas/ Castroville is okay.
For the right room, I am willing to prepay 6 month’s rent or more.
Ground floor please.
I prefer a private bathroom but I am willing to share a bathroom with one other person.
One-year lease is fine, or monthly.
Furnished or unfurnished.

I am a mature yet youthful professional man looking for a new room to rent.
My current landlady is erratic and messy, which does not suit me.
I am meticulous in maintaining my room and I enjoy cleaning things.
I have been running an online gift business successfully for many years, and can pay 6 months (or more) rent ahead of time.
As a long-since retired paralegal worker, I can safely say that I am a responsible person who always acts in a professional manner.
I get along fine with most people except folks with a drinking problem.
I pretty much keep to myself at home, being a quiet kind of a guy.
I don't use the kitchen much, and spend a lot of my time working in my warehouse in Prunedale.
