in search of roommate or open room!

Hi everyone! I'm moving to San Diego and am looking for a roommate or two ideally in their late s or early s and female). I would love to live in ocean beach or mission beach. My budget is around $ a month but could be flexible. I love being outside, am very active, lift weights, love going to concerts (edm) and taking my dog to play. He's an ESA german shepherd so he's allowed anywhere and is very sweet. I work from home during the day and usually am in bed by pm. Message me if you’re interested!
