Fully furnished bathroom house. Owner occupies master bedroom, and shares kitchen/dining, living room, and laundry room. Offstreet parking. Single bedroom $ utilities. The neighbors here are absolutely wonderful, we have a fenced-in backyard and screened-in porch, with shared offstreet parking. Will be sharing the restroom with one other female roommate. Other shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen~all are fully furnished.

Both current roomies are female and work f/t. Both are considerate of shared space and love animals.
