Opportunity to rent out one bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. It would be a short term rental (3 mos). The room would come completely furnished. I do have a dog and a daughter but we aren’t home much. In place of a credit check I require to move in (covers the full 3 mos rent and no additional deposit.) available immediately!
