Hi i’m looking to sublease this apartment at Knapp St for the spring semester starting in january after winter break. It’s a 2 bed room, bath, and multi level, so it’s two stories with the 2 bedrooms being upstairs and the kitchen and living room being on the main level. the apartment comes with its own washer and dryer so laundry is very convenient. rent is only $ a month + utilities. roommate is organized and easy to get along with!
