One Bedroom (Female only) near UofM

Description

Looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy female roommate to rent out a room from JANUARY . It's a 3 bedroom house and there will be 2 other girls occupying the other rooms. The room is unfurnished and there is a closet in the room.
Laundry is also available inside the house. We also have a spacious basement and it can be used to store any extra items.

The rent includes Wifi & Water excluding the hydro. Hydro bills fluctuate as it depends on usage but we can provide an estimate and show the bills if you are interested to see them. Hydro would be roughly $ per month.

buses are available and it's a 7 minutes walk to the bus stop. The grocery store (FRESHCO) is just 6 minutes walk from the house.
I would like to mention that we don't prefer parties or overnight visitors. However, exceptions can be made on special circumstances.
