I am looking for a roommate to rent out a master bedroom with private bathroom in my three bedroom apartment. I am a year old female who is looking for a female roommate only NO couples. The complex is beautiful and has lots of amenities hour gym clubhouse several pool and jacuzzis. The listing does not include utility’s and currently only street parking available. If interested you must have good credit and rental history. Will request a complete credit check and history.
