roomate for two bed apartment

Hello, My Bf and I are looking for a new roommate. We are ages twenty and twenty-one respectively but will both be aging up in the next two months. The Complex is Sage Park apartments, County Rd D West, New Brighton MN, . We are on the second floor with a two bedroom unit, it is one thousand twenty square feet with one and a half baths, so you would only have to share the main bathroom for the shower space, otherwise it would be yours to do with as you please! There is a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and built in microwave. The empty bedroom is thirteen feet by and a half with sliding door large closet. Living room is also extremely spacious. Total rental fee is ty a month plus sewer/water which is about thirty a month and electricity which can be from fifty to seventy average. so average cost all said and done for ya is about hundered per month! We are generally very quiet as we spend a lot of time just playing games in our room. we prefer a generally clean shared space like kitchen and living room, but certainly aren't clean freaks or anything like that. if it takes ya a few days or week to get to your dishes oh well, just try to be cautious of the space you share! We do like to hangout with our friends when we can so every now and again we do have people over. we do not require any warning or anything like that for having guests, just know it is at your own discretion (and if you're throwing a big party or something it may be best to let us know so we can help to get anything of ours cleaned up and taken care of for ya). We aren't big drinkers, but smoke on occasion (only outdoors of course as it is a smoke free building). And we also have one cat ATM who is extremely friendly with no sense of danger or self preservation whatsoever and hope to get just one more soon but that is all for pets!
