Apartment at West Run

I’m looking for a female tenant to sublet my apartment at West Run from January to July, (available starting December ). The lease can be renewed after July.

The apartment is shared with three other female roommates, and it’s a quiet place. It includes a parking pass, and Bus number thirty stops every twenty minutes, taking you to Downtown Campus in about ten
minutes.

The rent is $y per month, plus about twenty per month for electricity.
